Dr Louis Annunziata, DMD of Harbor Point Dental Group of Pelham Manor graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson School of Dentistry. As the proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren, he loves to stay busy creating memories with his family. Otherwise, you can find him landscaping or raising his koi fish in his outdoor pond. As a connoisseur of all different Italian foods, you might guess that one of his favorite places to visit is Italy. He also loves Colorado for ski season and sunny Florida. His most favorite part of his job is interacting with and helping his patients. Dr Annunziata is a man dedicated to serving his community. From 1986 to 2020, he served many roles on the village of Pelham Manor Government such as chairman of the planning board, chairman of the zoning board, commissioner of finance and even Deputy Mayor. If you ask Dr. Annunziata, what is a value that is very important to him, he would say He stands by the motto of “Always perform every task to the best of your ability”.
Dr. Joseph Cosentino graduated from Columbia University. His passion is helping people transform their smiles and he is a master at the art of dentistry. Dr. Cosentino loves skiing, art, architecture, travelling, sailing, scuba diving and tennis. When he is not doing all those extracurricular activities, you can find him enjoying a great Italian meal. For him, it’s all about the pasta. Dr Cosentino loves the Greek Islands and Paris and you might be surprised to hear that he helped treat Afghan refugees in Pakistan. Dr. Nicole Jackson, DMD, graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. As an avid lover of Indian food, scrapbooking, guitar and time with her husband creating amazing meals, you will also often times find her taking dental continuing education courses. Dr. Jackson always dreamed of becoming a dentist but her passion is inspired by helping people. She is the Dentist that will calm your fears simply by making you laugh. She is a firm believer that there is a balance between dentistry and artistry. Her favorite place to travel is the Grand Canyon and the Southwest in general but anywhere smiles can be found, she loves to visit. Dr. Jackson is a woman of faith, love and creativity. She loves her patients and her goal is to always keep their smiles shining brighter then ever.
Meet Dr. Bonelli, an Associate Dentist in our practice, who graduated from NYU and brings expertise and warmth to our team. With a passion for Italian cuisine and a favorite quote, “Never give up. There’s always tomorrow,” Dr. Bonelli embodies resilience and dedication. Dr. Bonelli enjoys travels to Italy and sports fishing, boating and surfing. Dr. Serena Shah, a dentist, graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry and specialized in Periodontology at Rutgers University. Her diverse interests include travel, culinary exploration, exercise, literature, and hockey. Particularly fond of Mediterranean cuisine, she often explores Europe’s cultural diversity. Dr. Shah’s motto, “the secret of getting ahead is getting started,” drives her proactive approach to life. She values building meaningful relationships with patients and guiding them toward transformative outcomes. Having lived in Winnipeg, San Francisco, Chicago, Jersey City, and New York City, she draws on varied cultural perspectives in her practice.
Dr. Sylwia Rostkowski is a committed dentist with a passion for dentistry and life’s simple joys. She began her dental journey at Rutgers University, honing her skills and deepening her understanding of oral health. Beyond dentistry, she finds solace in hobbies like reading, spinning, hiking, cooking, and stitching. Family time is precious to her, and she loves traveling to Europe to experience diverse cuisines and cultures. Her favorite quote, “The struggle you are in today is developing the strength you need for tomorrow. Do not give up!” reflects her resilient mindset. Dr. Annunziata has been my dentist for 30 years. He is great. Recently I had work done by Dr. Shah and her assistant Andrea. They were wonderful!! I had two procedures done that day. They were kind enough to do the second one as an add on. They are very caring professionals.

They were great until I kept telling Dr. A I had lump under my jaw where my wisdom tooth was and that maybe I had a cyst or infection, he told me i was imagining things. A month after my appointment my lymph node was the size of a golf ball. Rubbed me the wrong way because even though I moved an hour away I would still drive to receive their treatment and my brother also was going to him. We were patients for years. He also uses very outdated techniques and is very rough. I found somewhere else they gave me antibiotics, did extensive findings on my teeth. Rid me of my infection, gave me answers and referred me to a oral surgeon properly to get the infected wisdom removed. Dr A neglected my opinion I knew something was wrong but he thought I was being stupid. Will no longer be a patient here.
Dr. Annunziata has such a horrible bed side manner. He was so rude. My 13 year old daughter was getting her permanent crown put in , he was very harsh and rough, so much so I had to tell him to calm down and be patient with her. He was trying to remove her temporary crown and it wasn’t coming out, her gums were bleeding, then he says oh I forgot I used permanent cement for her temporary crown so he begins drilling the tooth off. After drilling her tooth and her gums are bleeding, she is visibly in pain he then says he needs to inject her because there is cement under the gum. My daughter says “omg why” and he says “because I said so” This is a child that is in pain after all she just went through now you need to inject her and that’s the attitude he gave to her. I had to tell him to calm down and be patient with her , she is in pain. He says she isn’t in pain , she had a root canal her tooth is dead. I said her gum is bleeding so much, she is saying it is hurting her. Like come on dude learn some better bed side manners . His assistant is a sweetheart and was very caring to my daughter. Thank god for her because he is horrible. My family of 5 has been there a few times and he has made some rude comments but wow this took the cake.

That night his gums had white lines, the chemical had moved up and burned all of his gums. When I mentioned this to Dr Annuziata because he suggested whitening my daughters teeth I mentioned my husbands experience and wow, said it was not possible and that my husband was over reacting. My husband is covered in tattoos and has two palm tattoos and those are the most painful tattoos you can get and he didn’t flinch. He never apologized and just dismissed what I said. Never again will I go there. Everyone else is great but he is not nice.

I felt like I got robbed, all I wanted was a cleaning and it cost $535. I guess when you move the office you double your prices

I will never go back! I expressed to a nurse how I had a terrible experience over the phone with one of the receptionist which is why my appointment is incorrect. The receptionist who is incompetent and unprofessional then comes to the room and accuses me of lying and then begins to yell at me in the office after I let her and the nurse know that she hung up the phone on me and that I didn’t appreciate her tone of voice and no longer wanted to speak with her. She also would not let me speak to the doctor who I had an appointment with. Keep in mind this is all happening as I’m sitting in the dental chair waiting to be serviced. I will never go back here and will be sure to have the rest of my family make appointments elsewhere. Never been to a dental office where the receptionist thinks she can offer medical advice and change appointments based on what she thinks I should do and not what I discussed with the doctor.
My family and I have been a patients since my childhood. Our teeth are always well taken care of, thorough cleanings and orthodontist evaluations. Staff is always pleasant and in good spirits. No scary dentists over here!!!
I had a great cleaning dental experience. My gratitude to everyone working there at Harbor Point Dental at Pelham. And thank you for accommodating my change of appointment from November 30th to 17th. I was able to have my 3rd cleaning and attend my scheduled Conference abroad.

This was my first time at this office. Dr. Bonelli has been my dentist for years and he's wonderful! Gentle and thorough! Maryanne is a sweetheart. She always makes me feel at ease. I met Andrea today and she is extremely sweet and attentive as well. All in all, my dental visits are a positive experience!

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The dentist was amazing and his assistant was truly compassionate. I'm a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist but they made me feel at ease. The office is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely continue going and will recommend to friends and family. The best dentist I have ever been to in all my years! Thank you to the staff and the dentist.

I just had another visit with Harbor Point Dental. My family and I have been going for over 5 years, and we continue to be pleased with the office. The office staff are great. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The office is always very clean, and comfortable. I feel safe with them and the equipment, and the equipment is always clean and in good condition. There is parking, and a comfortable waiting area. And for after the visit, there's a bakery next door! How can anyone beat that? Lol.

Dr. Annunziata saved the day…I went in for a scheduled cleaning and he double-checked my X-rays and determined I needed a root canal. My daughter is getting married in 20 days, and if left unattended this would have been a disaster! The staff are great…professional and always helpful.

Harbor Point is the place to go for General Dentistry. Dr. Nicole Jackson is terrific - professional, capable, funny! I am a very nervous dental patient - she was welcoming and warm. She offered solutions that had not previously been offered to me in other dental practices. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson! You will not be disappointed.
If you don’t like going to the dentist, you will change your mind once you meet Dr. Annunziata. He does a good job at explaining what is going on with your teeth and has a great sense of humor. He makes you feel comfortable while drilling, filling or doing whatever needs to be done. He makes the experience of sitting in a dentist’s chair not frightening at all. Before you know it you are done. I leave that clinic with a smile on my face.
We always have a wonderful experience when we visit with Dr. Annunziata and his staff. They are sensitive to my personal needs, professional and very pleasant. I followed them from the Bronx office even though it is a distance for me to travel but am happy to do so. They are wonderful. The office space is very clean and attractive. Routine dental exams are a big part of maintaining a healthy smile at our Harbor Point Dental at Pelham NY. We offer comprehensive dental exams for the entire family as part of our preventative dentistry program for patients in Pelham and nearby neighborhoods. At each exam, we check for signs of tooth decay, gum disease, oral cancer, and other potential problems that require treatment. X-Rays of your mouth may also be taken during your dental exam. We provide digital X-Rays that immediately produce a computerized image that can be viewed during your visit here in our Harbor Point dental location on our computer screens in each operatory.

Preventative Dental Care
During your initial examination, we will look for common warning signs of periodontal disease and evaluate the condition of the gums, noting any recession, bleeding, or bone loss. We will also evaluate your risk factors for gum disease, such as diabetes, smoking, and the use of certain medications. If you do exhibit signs of gum disease, we will create a customized treatment plan to reduce the infection and reverse the progression of the disease. Unlike other practices that refer you elsewhere for periodontal treatment, Harbor Point Dental at Pelham NY has an experienced periodontist on staff who is also available.
